Our plug and play solutions help banks turn their digital channels into full fledged marketplaces enabling services like travel, bill payments, digital gold, SaaS marketplaces, and more assisting banks to engage customers deeply and open new revenue streams.

As a Senior Client Success Manager, you will own and grow strategic bank accounts (existing and new) across Mumbai and beyond. The ideal candidate will nurture strong B2B relationships, ensure high client satisfaction, and drive growth by partnering with banks to adopt and expand Nuclei’s suite of offerings.

What you will do:
  • Own and manage large, strategic bank accounts end to end from onboarding to long term growth and renewals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders (Digital Heads, Business Heads, Product Leaders)
  • Understand the bank’s customer segments and digital strategy, aligning Nuclei’s offerings with the bank’s long-term digital and business strategy
  • Drive revenue growth through strategic upselling, cross selling, and expansion of Nuclei’s ecosystem offerings
  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, tech, operations) to ensure timely integration and launch
  • Monitor overall account health, including adoption, transaction volumes, and ROI, and proactively drive improvements
  • Ensure high client satisfaction; serve as trusted advisor on strategy
  • Influence product roadmap through deep customer insights, market understanding, and competitive intelligence

Who should apply?
  • 12 to 15+ years of experience in enterprise sales, key account management, or client success, preferably in fintech, banking, or SaaS
  • Based in Mumbai (mandatory)
  • Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong relationship building skills, ability to connect with senior decision makers in banks
  • Good business sense, comfortable with SaaS based, enterprise sales cycles
  • Self-starter, proactive, comfortable working in a dynamic, agile work environment
  • Ability to work cross-functionally internally and coordinate delivery & operations
