Why are we building Nuclei?
Nuclei is a product company working with 25+ leading BFSI and telecom enterprises.

Before we started Nuclei, we listed down a few guiding principles. These were essentially the learnings from our previous startups/companies:

What will you do?
Your role will focus on one core responsibility: building our gift card supply across Europe.

This means identifying and signing the right supply partners, structuring deals that work for both sides, and ensuring we have a strong, diverse catalogue of gift card brands across key European markets. You will work closely with our product, sales, and platform teams to translate partner supply into live, scalable offerings.

We are looking for someone who can take end-to-end ownership, work across functions, and wear multiple hats.

Who should apply?

  • Prior experience in partnerships, business development, or supply/commercial roles, ideally within gift cards, vouchers, loyalty, fintech, or a related industry
  • Strong relationship building skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Comfortable navigating a fast moving, lean team environment where you will often need to figure things out as you go
  • Performs best in environments that emphasize independence and accountability. We don't believe in micromanagement
  • This role will be based in Europe (Remote)
  • We are a multilingual team! While English is our primary working language, for this role we are hiring multiple people and seeking candidates who are also fluent in German or Spanish.
